Our Quality Policy is to develop, produce and deliver on time, products and services that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. In order to do this, we have implemented quality systems and processes that are continuously being improved to satisfy our customers’ needs.
We have developed a Quality Management System internally, to ensure that managers and staff within each business area constantly improve service to our customers. Our company has developed an Information Security Management System, in order to specify requirements for the implementation of security controls, customized to the needs of individual organizations or parts of it.
These Systems have been assessed by TUV HELLAS and NBS has been granted a Quality Management System Certificate of Conformity, in accordance with EN ISO 9001:2008, a Security Management Certificate according to ISO/IEC 27001:2005, and a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with ELOT 1801:2008/BS OHSAS 18001:2007.
